I've just started getting into the last Crooked Fingers album Dignity and Shame (http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=10:jpfrxq8sldae) from 2005 - I think someone (hotfoot) had it on their top albums list. Anyways, it's true there is a definate Neil Diamond influence there, but after a few listens, I think this album is fucking great and can stand on it's own. Check it out.
