Posting Pics form Computer

Hey I just realized almost all of my pics are almost 1mb.....how can I resize them so I can post them on the board? I think SQ had the same problem.

Hey YTM,

The maximum attachment size is 100KB per attachment (it was 40KB, but I just changed it :)).

You'll want to use Photoshop or Fireworks or if you have a digital camera that came with computer software, there is probably a way to compress/shrink the picture size down.

You'll want to save the picture as a .JPG file with a filesize around 30-60KB before uploading it to the board. 100KB is the max though.

Oh and try to keep the dimensions around 800px width, 600px height (though there is no dimension limit) so that it fits in peoples monitors.
