Good Morning Folks
The sun is out, the weather is nice(r) and I'm going to an all you can eat Indian buffet for lunch. (Hey it's also payday Friday!!) :binge:
No major plans for this weekend. However, I might plan a trip to Boulder, CO so I can take a Biblically Correct Museum Tours (http://www.rockymountainnews.com/drmn/local/article/0,1299,DRMN_15_4476836,00.html). I hear they're all the rage over there.
Have a nice day all. :)

Man that sounds good.
I'm quite jealous.
Have you been to this place before?
What type of Indian dishes do you enjoy?
I enjoy Aloo Gobi (Cauliflower & Potatoes)
& Malai Kofta (Fried Vegetable Balls).
Also, SQ is quite the fiend for the fried paneer cheese appetizer.
She will break your arm if you reach for the last piece of paneer...

That trip to Colorado sounds pretty fun.
I went about 5 years ago with JVO. It was an adventure. Wish I had more time to spend there.
Where has JVO been? It seems we haven't heard much from him lately.
i get to go meet with the CEO of some ultracool new real estate website (www.trulia.com) this afternoon. i don't really know what we're meeting about, but hey, it's better than listening to people bitch about email all day!
last night i got to go to a wine tasting at the NBC tower with lainafair. i think it was about the coolest office i've ever been in. lots of artwork on the walls, a nice view from the 29th floor, tons of video production equipment tucked in every nook, and a jazz duo (upright bass and electric guitar) plucking out some chill music (they played a good version of 'a prelude to a kiss'). the guy serving the wine kept giving us little glasses, making us drink a bit, and then forcing us to pour the rest into a little carafe! i didn't want to toss it, but what can i say? the guy had more wine for us to try!
i could get used to that lifestyle for awhile...

Oh man, for an all you can eat buffet, it is pretty damn good (and cheap! only $10). I've only been there once before, and they start you off with a complimentary Tandoori chicken even before you go to town at the buffet. I'm not too sure what the names of things are, but I like curry. A LOT. Also, all the saucey stuff. I had some crazy good spinach saucey stuff last time. And naan - cheesey naan, sweet naan. Gotta get the naaaaaann.
The one (arguably) bad thing is your clothes completely smell like Indian food when you come out of there.
Next time you guys are up this way, we'll have to hit up Bhabi's kitchen - hand's down the best Indian food in the city.

You should've brought the glass to your nose, taken a sniff and then suddenly bitch-slapped the guy across his face.
THAT'S how you make an impression at those things. :D
