Steve Buscemi has over 100 credits to his name.. that's more than Kevin Bacon. :jedi:
My favorite was probably his character in The Big Lebowski, (Theodore Donald 'Donny' Kerabatsos).

i would have to say either Donny or his characters in Ghost World or Desperado (it's hard to choose).

i liked him in the Sopranos. Too bad he got whacked.
Rockhound in "Armageddon"
Pretty crummy movie, but his character was hilarious. I like the reference to Dr. Strangelove.
Have many people seen Dr. Strangelove? It is one of the funniest movies ever!

yeah i've seen it. it's really good.
I just watched the final part of Lonesome Dove a few nights ago. I remember when I saw Steve Buscemi I couldn't believe it. I swear every actor ever born makes some type of appearance in Lonesome Dove.
As far as made for tv westerns go, I think Lonesome Dove is very good. My god is it long though.
What is your favorite western?
I think mine is "McLintock!"

I would have to say my favorite role of his would have to be either Mr. Pink in Reservoir Dogs, or Mister Shhh in Things to do in Denver when Your Dead. He doesn't say a whole helluva lot as Mister Shhh but he's badass.

Mr. Pink in Resevoir Dogs for sure. He's the only one smart enough to back away and get out. Who knows, maybe he even won his shootout...

I liked him in Barton Fink.
Chet. C-H-E-T. Chet.
"Welcome to Los Angle eees, Mr. Fink."
He was just creepy enough in that subserviant kind of way...

Huh.. someone was telling me recently to check that flick out because he's great in it. Funny, I'd never even heard of it before.

Ya I hadn't heard about it myself when I first saw it, but it's a pretty good movie IMO. Good cast and whatnot. And with Christopher Walken you can't really go wrong.
how have we made it this far in the thread without someone mentioning Billy Madison?

watched Trees Lounge off Netflix the other day. I enjoyed it, but it seems like Steve Buscemi's lead roles are always kinda typical. weird dude, lost in life, gets with younger chick, it doesn't end well, etc etc.
i much prefer him as a supporting character.
