I saw a huge banner outside a restaurant today that said "We have Pho!"

So, wtf is PHO?

Huh, I keep hearing about it like it's the best shit ever invented... I wonder if there is a non-beef variety I can try (probably not).

Pho is vietnamese noodles in a broth that takes forever to make. The best pho in town is 777 on Argyle.
