so, larryhead's been playing this ps2 game quite a bit lately. although i haven't played much of it, it seems like a well done game. run around, hack baddies up, a little bit of tombraider-like puzzles, get new skills and swords... just all around fun.

anyone else played it?

it seems like the kind of game SoulQueen might like. plus, it's old enough you can probably get it at a discount now.

Unless I'm mistaken I'm pretty sure that got quite a few game of the year nods back in '05. Not that I play PS2 games but I've heard that it was good.

I would like that game! I really like the Onimusha Games. They are similiar in style. They are very pretty, have puzzles and you hack demons up.

There is a newer version that I haven't played yet.

This game is seriously fun! Great graphics, game control and Greek mythology plot (all cut scenes are pretty raw too). Plus, it's not super long or too short. I've been playing it off and on for about two weeks. Get it. Only $20 at amazon.com :thumbsup:

Slam, you need to get your head back in the game yo! I'm about a day or two from finishing it and unlocking all the cool extra videos. And maybe if I'm lucky, my character will get it on with Athena, the Goddess of Love. Snap! :groucho:

its on the greatest hits now so you can get it for 20 bucks in most non rip off locations lol. I never played it because I heard it was too short and am not into paying 50 bucks for anything thats less then 30-40 hours of game play.

But now that its going for a clean 20 I'll be picking it up soon. I heard the same that it was a great game, and has a good replay value!
