Funny and scary audio clip.. I'm really glad that I've never given AOL one red cent, what a bunch of wankers.

"6/14/2006 - At one point or another most of us have had to experience the impossible task of cancelling AOL. This guy records his experience in customer service hell, it's really unbelievable. Sorry about the blimps, we needed something to play over the audio."

i've had similar experiences. the number one thing i hate is when i try to cancel ANYTHING and the people try to get me to stay. if they delay my cancellation at all, i automatically tell them i am going to call my lawyer (i actually do have one) if they don't cancel it right away, then i ask them for their employee number so that i can report them if it's not cancelled.

it's also good to throw the better business bureau's name around. that works well.

i hate customer service people. lowest of the low. pond scum.

sorry if anyone on this board is a customer service person, but for fuck's sake.

i was just thinking, i'd probably get fired after about a week cause i would do what the customer wanted me to do...you know "serve the customer"
