The New Sig!

Poof, Bubz, and JVO. Per the agreement between yourselves, False Alarm, and myself, here is your new signature:

"The Chicago White Sox are my lifelong favorite team, the loathsome St. Louis Cardinals are the worst team in baseball, and the designated hitter is the single best idea in the history of Western civilization."

Some notes I'd like to add, in case anyone is feeling like being clever:

1) the signature must be a normal, readable font size.
2) the signature must be in the English language.
3) the signature can not be the same color as the background.
4) the signature must be put up today, and will have to be up until the time to the minute on July 23rd that you put up your signature.
5) the signature can not have anything added to it or subtracted from it.
6) post a reply to this to show everyone that you've done it, and so we have a record of the exact time.

although i would like to argue that the fact that the bet was for a b2p signature, which is a complete entity in its own right. adding to or subtracting from it will not give it the properties and wording of the agreed upon signature. whereas the numbers 1 through 4 would have technically made good on the agreement while not making it visible.

Sorry! :cry: I came in this morning dreading what God Awful Signature I would have to put up and then my misery was delayed as the two of you smartly contacted a lawyer. Besides the fact that we only gave up one hit and lost the damn game.

Clearly, the Sox have us dominated. I am sure 4 or 5 AL teams have us dominated. I almost hope that Detroit whips are ass too, so that Walt can clearly see that we can not compete come playoff time unless some changes are made. Sure was nice to see Reyes pitch so well though.

i'm more troubled by the quotation marks, as if he's attributing it to somebody else. JVO we're gonna need you to either remove the quote marks or attribute that statement to yourself, since of course you're the one making that sincere remark in your signature. a man has to stand by his words, after all.

Sorry. I copied and pasted the sig. (to make sure I got it exactly correct) and on Chimpo's post it was in quotes. Besides if I wanted to violate the spirit of the bet while following the letter of your laws I could have put:
