Well not surprisingly, I really like Joe Lieberman. Now I have been opposed to the war since it was obvious that there were no weapons of mass destruction and that the 9/11 terrorists had no more association with Iraq than any other Middle Eastern Country, and that Pres W. is a big fat liar (or incredible idiot), but I totally respect anybody who is not a hack for their political party. Lieberman has consistantly been a moderate and that never changed even when it was obvious he was going to lose the nomination. As I stated in an earlier post, we now live in a political climate where anybody with independent ideas (independent from their party) is never going to be reelected. That is why the moderates are getting screwed, and also why both the liberal and conservative wings of each party are becoming so wretched.
