Word's Blue email addresses

So I am working on a proposal and entering a bunch of email addresses. Anyway Microsoft Word automatically highlights the addresses with blue text. Is there a way to undo that? I just want the address to be in regular text, and not highlighted. Any suggestions? Seems like there should be a quick fix, but I couldn't figure it out.

Right click on the link and go to remove hyperlink. Walah....
