Remember when matty and I said we were going to try to get all the hipster kids in Columbia to start using "boss" again?
Today at Uprise Bakery (where all the cool band kids work if they can't get a bar or coffeehouse job) I was talking to Rory Bogdon, hot little guitarist for Trebuchet and Grand Canyon. He ironically described a ridiculous political conversation occurring a few tables to our right that might have been topical and relevant two years ago as being "pretty boss."
Me, in disbelief: "Did you just say 'boss?' PLEASE, PLEASE tell me you just did."
Rory: "Yeah...(?)"
Me: "My work here is done. *wink* Bye, hottie."
