Duckplucker and I went to the MU/New Mexico game on Saturday and one thing that is for sure....MU Stinks. The only thing (and I mean only thing) MU has is Brad Smith. Smith is a man amoung boys and was clearly the most talented person on the field for either team. I am sure that if Smith wanted to, he could play QB, RB, WR, SS, FS, CB, Return Kicks and Return Punts and he would be better than everyone else on the Tiger team. In that game Smith broke both the all time passing record and the all time rushing record for MU. Too bad all his teammates are a bunch of boneheads.

mu sucks so bad i cant believe it.

pinckel has had many years now to find some tacklers. but appearently there are none.

on the bright side, any of you who are reading this could walk on for the mu football team and be assured of a starting spot. even if you're a girl you could tackle better than those clowns. i am planning to walk on as middle linebacker. i haven't played football since 8th grade and i can't tackle. so i figure i should be starting by mid season.

The old man and I also went to the game. I thought I saw you two slackers around Q section.
MU will be fine. The secondary will not play one of the best QB/WR tandems in every game this year. They were the ones who lost the game for us. Granted B. Smith lost a fumble with 2 INT's, but he did everything for the team and was dead tired. After two of the most amazing runs I've ever seen (both in the same game!) he had nothing left. MU's defense was without two main starters(MLB mainly) while the offense lacked 2 starting WRs(Coffey). With those players the run game would have been slowed for NM and the big pass would have been easier to defend. It was our secondary that F'd Missouri in the A.
We will rebound and take the North title by a game over Iowa State! Fair Weather fan bitches......

I was also at the game, over in T section. Wow....

Uhh... yep. We suck. What's new?

The "Fair Weather" fan line is rich. Any current fans of the Tigers can't be "Fair Weather"! I'm not old enough to remember when we were good (nor can probably anyone else on the board attest to being alive and not sitting in their own shit at the time either)! Hell... my dad is barely old enough.

Let's scrap the traditional sports programs, and start up a killer badminton team.

Ahh well.. least my ticket was free.

I hope you are right CaDi, but if MU wins the North (really if they finish in the top three) it is a sad commentary for the Big 12. I wonder how many points Texas will put up against MU. My guess is 70.

Section Q Rocks!
