I have seen this technology when i was at the burning man decompresion party this guy had a hat that was made this way. it is paper that they glue together a certain way. Cool stuff I want one!

I am a CAD designer/specifier for an commercial/contract firm that deals office furniture and all that good stuff and I just emailed my boss begging him to get me on a project where I can specify this! Yeah right, but it is really cool.
