so, my real estate company is trying desperately to nail a top google rank for our site, www.prupref.com. and despite the fact that we have a ton of inbound links from our recent google earth exploits, we still flap back and forth between first and second page.

anyone know a good site or awesome utility to tweak our google rank higher? if we got a ton of people to link to www2.prupref.com, will that affect our www.prupref.com ranking?

any tips would be welcome.

to be honest, the best way is to decide what key phrase you want ppl to use to find you on google... then.... just get ppl to blog about it

honestly, blogs have polluted google. don't believe me? type in the word failure in google. Guess what comes up. George Bush's bio on the whitehouse.gov site. While I don't necessarily disagree with the findings, LOL, they are obviously wrong.

You need incoming text links to that domain that use "Chicago Real Estate" as the link's anchor text. Also, maybe mention that phrase once or twice within the body text of your home page... for starters. :)
