Vista - Conversion of Outlook Express Emails to Windows Mail

Is there a progam that will do it? I've some email that I'd like to keep.

I just built myself a new computer, and getting the email from one to the other is my last hurdle.

Any ideas?

Also, been running Vista for 2 weeks now, and no problems, gaming or applications.
