We sold the condo in one day!!!!

Well, we accepted a bid, anyway: the closing isn't until July, but all the stress over making this place look good to sell has been worth it!

Our condo (mine and Poof's) went on the market on Friday and the first people who came to look (Sat. evening) put a bid in for asking price :) California, here we come!

Ugh, selling drama :( The buyer backed out because I wouldn't sign a clause stating that they can basically back out whenever then want. So, on to showing the home again... We're kicked out of our place for 2.5 hrs tonight and 2.5 hours tomorrow.

what a lame clause. i didn't know people would write that into contracts, but i guess anything goes. good for you for not signing it, even if it means showing again. at least you know the place is desirable.

Well, I signed another contract, this one for $1500 more than asking price. There doesn't appear to be any weird clauses, but it's hard to tell still. This time, I'm not breathing a sigh of relief until closing. But I WILL smile :D
