Newest Reality competition show from Mark Burnett premiers tonight. From what I can tell, it is like Survivor on the Sea. Hopefully it will be good!!!

They cancelled this show right in the middle of the season. I have never seen them do that with a reality show before.

I still have some TIVOd.

I can't disagree with that decision. It was watchable, only if you were willing to sit around and make fun of it.

Zero: Had you heard the rumor that Cheryl (evicted in week 4) committed suicide? I read this on some crazy reality tv website so I can't confirm that it is true.

One more aspect of Pirate Master is some very sad news. Cheryl, who was set adrift during the 4th episode, was found dead this weekend with suicide being the suspected cause. Her death follows just two months after the suicide of her boyfriend. Cheryl had recently stated frustration over her involvement of the show which had added stress to their relationship. While I could speculate the cancellation of the show weighing heavily on someone who questioned their decision of involvement I have few details to establish that conclusion. It’s a sad turn of events and unfortunate for all those involved and our thoughts go out to her family.
