Downloading Trouble

Iam having trouble redownloading City Of Hereos initial game download.
I get to the updater it starts up hits up to like 22+ hours wait time for the update, then after about 30-40mins of working on the download it just restarts??!? I dont get it.
Has anyone had this trouble with online gaming downloads?
Ive tried talking to there techs but there idiots
