I didn't see the performance, but i heard about it on the radio today. It sounds like her performance is in keeping with the person she's been showing us recently...

She should lay low for a year or 2. That way her come back will actually mean something.

She doesn't have to be an entertainer if she doesn't want to be.

I didn't watch the VMA's but I saw some replays. Yikes! Maybe she should relocate so she can find herself.

I watched the video, finally, and holy crap, was that terrible. They've got her wearing next to nothing, and she barely dances at all. The writer of that article is right--she just wanders around the stage like she's tired or something. And I just kept thinking that she was obviously wearing a wig, since the whole world knows she just shaved her head a couple months ago, and there's no way she could have grown all that hair.

I always wished for Britney's demise so that she would go away, but instead she is destroyed and still lingering around, getting gigs like OPENING ACT AT THE VMAS. Is this a disturbing new trend in celebrity-worship? Celebrities that we feel pity for?
