speaking of Cam's avatar, I just watched the first season in FULL and can't wait for the next installments.

No classes tonight, will watch Survivor. After tonight and next week, tho, I have to go back to class, so SOMEBODY will have to tape it for me, b/c my vcr is on the fritz. (Does anybody remember what a vcr is? They suck!)

Yeah, that New Yorker girl is incredibly annoying. The nice thing is we all get to watch her completely self destruct on National TV.

I haven't really formed an opinion about anybody yet. I kinda like the Asian chick but she is doomed because she got stuck with the tribe full of young, lazy, aholes who are going to do nothing and then will wonder why they are getting their asses kicked the whole time.

only person that they really highlighted that i think might go far is the gravedigger. strong, quiet, hard working. that'll get you damn far.

a whole lot of people ignored my cardinal rule for making it halfway through the first season: shut the fuck up. just stfu. someone pissing you off? stfu. don't like how the leader is handling things? stfu. just stfu, and it's virtually impossible to get voted off during the first part of the game.

there were a lot of people that we didn't see much of in the first episode. i'm guessing they'll probably do well, but my after-the-frist-episode pick ftw is gravedigger.

When, oh when, are Survivor players going to learn that long term complicated plans NEVER work? Still it sure is fun to watch the scheming.

The obtaining of the immunity idol was perhaps the sloppiest, least thought out thing in Survivor history.

All of Survivors little gay dudes seem to be exactly the same to me.

Eating challenges always separate the men from the boys (or women from the girls). I was super suprised that skinny chick did as well as she did. Of course she did spit most of it out after she lost. Also surprised the lunch lady did so poorly. Especially considering she works with nasty food for living. Also funny seeing her yell and scream like she was going to kill her food. That dead chicken baby was totally mocking her.

well, it was a pretty good plan, though. and no big loss, james is still there, and their original tribe still has the numbers. who would have known it would be so hard to throw that challenge?

yeah, i know what you're saying about amanda. i'd say she has a good shot at winning this game!

great season! i couldn't be happier with the way it all shook down in the end. completely happy with the winner, but the other two finalists were damn stupid to let things turn out that way. it's all about pleading your case!

Me too, also. Amanda did an awful job at tribal. I really thought she was the favorite going in, but she broke the cardinal rule of politics: She said she was sorry. Don't ever say you are sorry!!!! It doesn't make the wronged feel any better and it only shows that you are two faced. You have to own up to the fact that you screwed people and be proud of it. She definitely needed a lawyer to help her. I never heard her mention anything about her dominace in the challenges. I think, if worded properly, that would have really helped her. If she had been more confident in herself and the way she played the game, she would have won.

I agree though, one of the best seasons ever.
