I believe they're claiming that they're not between companies, but rather are choosing to go on their own and test the waters of releasing an album w/o the industry.

i think LD got it yesterday.

I purchased it on the website a couple days ago, but they won't make the song files available until Oct. 10. I've been waiting like a year for this album, so I can probably wait one more week. Those torrent sites scare me...I think I got a virus from one of them before.

I just preordered the box set...i get the cd and the vinyl along with a download code.....i thinks im just too excited.

just listened. quite good. can't wait to listen to it until my ears bleed.

let's see if they release stats on # of downloads, how many paid, what they paid, etc. should be interesting!

yeah, purchased at inrainbows.com. gave like $12.

it's 160k, which ain't awful, but it could be better. sound quality is good all around.

it comes in a zip file. I converted to WAV and the quality was shitty with some defects....maybe because i was trying to improve from 160. awesome disc. I can't wait to get the rest of it in december.
i gave like $80 so if anyone wants to donate less i think i payed enough for everyone...
