I like tomato soup and a grilled cheese. Or homemade chicken soup is good too.
PS. Being sick sucks :(

I eat scrambled eggs and toast when I'm sick.

For me it depends on what kind of sick you are. For stomach nausea, I like toast and scrambled eggs. For colds, I like spicy foods--the spicier the better. Opens up all the passages, and burns out the virus. (That is not factually based; it just seems to work for me.)

When i was in Columbia I like to get the Chicken Almond Ding (without the chicken) with some hot tea when I had a cold.
Now I'll make a hearty creamy wild rice soup. Its mild but filling.

any kind of soup or broth is usually good
i wouldnt suggest anything spicy matt your wierd....
