Yeah my bro would definitely be a consumer. Since he doesn't have a driver's license it could work for both beer consumption and transportation. Of course he would complain because it would actually require him getting off of his ass to get a beer. Besides the fact that he would probably crash it into a creek within the first few hours of ownership. They need to make one with a little side car so you could sit in the car and have access to the beer without getting up.

I wonder if you could get arrested for drunk driving a cooler.
