SERIOUS CRASH!!!?!?

Ok this is a big one, atleast I think so. I just bought black and white 2 and it loads up fine goes to the start game menu, but when I click on new game.... it literally shuts down my computer.... WHATTHEHELLISTHAT!?!?!?!?

go to control panel -> administrative tools -> event viewer, and see if you can find any event errors that correspond to the times that the computer crashed. that might give you a good starting place.

did the game ever work, and then stop? is it a warez version?

This *probably* isn't the problem.. but have you checked that your system hardware meets the games minimum software requirements? Also, have you updated Windows recently? (Start>Windows Update and grab all the updates). Well, you should do that often anyways. What kind of computer processor, video card, etc. do you have?
