ok, so I was checking out the NYC seized property room tonight and came across some plots of land in colorado for drit cheap & thought I'd check 'em out.
search for San Luis, CO and then follow I-159 to the border of the state. There are these clusters of green circles among the pointless grey... i'm sure it's an agriculural thing, but it looks kinda freaky from space.

it gets even more freaky in the Leach, CO area... it looks like a freaked out game of othello...

i think google earth is a program you have to download. and it's like 8 and a half million gigs.
i think you can set a placemark, right-click it, and save it as a .kml file. send that to someone, they open it in google earth, and it takes them directly where you were.

yea, it's a world map program... i thought I got it through a link here when we were just starting out...
anyway, if you have the program, check out
Lat: 37 43' 25.85"
Long: 106 02' 39.23"
If you don't have Google Earth (http://earth.google.com) and have broadband, check it out!
it rocks.
I've been using it to check out neighborhoods and apartment buildings for when I move soon.[/url]

ahh.. I was thinking Google Maps or Google Universe or something. Yeah, I don't have GE installed yet cause I heard you couldn't download it until they scale up again.
