the site's not just politics, but I find the odds fascinating about 2008 presidential contenders, so the link above goes directly to this page. Maybe I might put some money down next year, but it seems too early now (the Democrats are too Hilary-dominated)

Yeah, I have been checking out this site for quite some time. I like making odds up and see how close I am. Wonder if they have insiders that help them with spreads?

I saw something similar last year for Hollywood films called http://www.hsx.com/ - I think it might be pretty big now. You can buy shares of your favorite actors and their new movies and see if your stock rises or plummets based on how a film does at the box office.
