so i've been on this conference call/meeting for the last hour and i think my mind is going to melt.

basically, it's some guy walking our dozen or so managers through how to use this new website thing for lead management. we'll spend five minutes or so with little things like "i don't see the x to close my window" and "what was the password again".

i just want to beat some bitches to death.

who scheduled this damn thing for 3 o'clock friday?

Slam, I definitely sympathize... all day long I get people calling me about placing trades on the internet-- People who don't know what a browser is. People who don't know what the address bar is for (or don't know that you can type there!!!!).

It's like teaching a blind person how to drive... or something.
