i'm halfway interested in this. i recorded most of the first episode, but i missed the stuff before the opening credits. and of course there was probably a crucial clue in that first five minutes.

I put it on my DVR, but did not watch yet. It looks different, therefore I'm intersted from the get go.

Thanks for the heads up!

I don't see many tv ads anymore. When you have DVR, you just fast forward through all that shit.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Did anyone else tune into watch this nice piece of shit??

I'm going to watch it now for the sheer joy of making fun of it

Quite possibly the worst acting ever in such a hyped up mini-series, that I've witnessed.

ah, man, I didn't mind it. It is what it is, what I thought it was gonna be. A chiller/whodunit that doesn't take itself too seriously. I thought it was pretty fun to watch.

So, despite the trainwreck of acting involved, me and the mrs. have tuned in every week via Tivo to enjoy the carnage.

This past episode I thought was excellent especially the finale of Cal and Chloe, which actually tugged on the ol' heartstrings. Series finale is in 2 weeks for those actually watching.

The song matchup with the scene I felt was powerful, and it haunted me so I had to go and look it up.

If you've any interest, its by a group called Civil Twilight "Letters from the Sky". Only place I could find was a couple sites including Itunes that had the single for it.

Only a couple singles out currently, but new album forthcoming. I can't find anything stateside to buy, otherwise I'd purchase the thing.

One reviewer gives the group a high recommendation, and said that it is like "U2 if they had piano in their tunes". Its kind of U2ish, but I'm going to say that the group is more heavily influenced by Radiohead (before they went too computerized) and Coldplay.

Good stuff. I can't wait for the CD.
