Looking for a fun, short single player RPG that you can easily pirate?
Then you gotta try fable. . . its fun . . you can puke, have sex, kill people, level up. . . . did i mention that it is easily pirateable? (is that a word)
Anyway . . i really like it right now and plan on beating it in the next few days . .anyone want a copy?

Hrm Hrm... I've heard mixed reviews, but I'll give it a try. Been looking for something fun and new to play.

ya it's for PC . .and it is kinda linear . .but its free.
Not the best game ever, but enough to hold me over until Huxley comes out.

Started playing this on Sunday for a few hours. It's pretty fun... I haven't figured out how to puke and have sex yet, but I can throw a badass fireball and smash my opponents into oblivion. How many hours did it take to beat, T. Sandwich?

just picked this up today.
really, the ONLY thing i dislike about it so far is that the camera does not shift with you when you turn around. anybody that's played this for PC, am i missing something?
what i mean is, say i'm running forward, and i decided to turn around. the camera shows me head-on, and doesn't show me what's ahead of me (like any game should). i have to manually shift the camera angle.
any way to fix this? cause it'll probably be the number one thing that keeps me from playing the game.

Yeah, sorry I don't know how to fix the camera... not sure if you can. I sort of lost interest in this game after a few days, it's pretty much like all the other games out there.

yeah...i think it could have a lot of potential though.
about the camera angles and movements: i think that's the most important thing for me when i'm playing the game. fluidity of the camera is key. for this one in particular, it's not so bad when i'm actually moving cause i can use the arrow keys to move and then the mouse to flip camera angles. but when i'm fighting it gets tough.
and by tough i mean stupid and poorly designed :p
i gotta figure out a key mapping to allow me to move and attack with one hand. maybe num 0 or right ctrl.

i figured out a good key mapping now, but there's another huge problem.
the whole beginning section of the game is marked as one quest "Guild Training" and the way the game works is that they put you at the beginning of each quest if you save and then exit. so there was like 2 or 3 hours of gameplay down the drain for me since i played for awhile and then saved and quit.
so yeah, that's the most annoying thing in the world, and so i probably won't finish the game.
 (i've been giving a lot of these lately)
