This stuff is amazing. I'm glad that I live in a time when we have the means to get images like this. It's hard to believe this stuff is real. I love the APOD site- it's one of my favorites.

Yeah images like these are badass.... it just sucks that they aren't real. It'd be sweet if we all had spaceships and could go out and see stuff like this, but this isn't how it really looks. :( Nasa just puts colors to the density of gases or something like that. Hubble takes pictures in black and white. Oh well, at least we still have little green men to look forward to. :)
