So first was Jason, Inc's delicious lasagna, Aaron's scrumptious cheesecake, and Duckplucker's gooey nut brownies. It was awesome.
Now we have an even higher standard. Duckplucker treated us to venison steaks last night, which had been marinated in a red sauce all day, to the point that if you just pointed your fork at the meat it fell apart. YUM. It was probably the most tender venison I've ever had, and it's not easy to get venison tender, so my hat is off to Duckplucker. There were also cheesy garlic mashed potatoes (OOh!), delicious buttery garlic bread (goodness!), a very well done tossed salad (and you know how I like tossed salad!), and a vegetable soup that was just the perfect amount of spicy to rock your soup off.
Great job, Duckplucker! I stuffed myself!
