It's going to be a super busy work day today for me... erf. And I woke up late to see the city blanketed in snow. :snow:

It looks nice, but I almost fell on my ass twice walking to work. Which, I'm sure will happen at least once this winter. Have a good day everyone. :)

today we rolled out our new website/email system. despite the fact that we've presented about a dozen training sessions over the last few weeks so that agents would know wtf is going on, a large number of them were 'too busy' to attend any of them, and are now super-fucking-pissed that they don't know what's going on.

ya know, we can only do so much.

it's going to be a lonnnnnnnnnggggggg day.
